모든 직장인이 매일 고민하는 문제가 있죠?!! 오늘 점심은 뭘 먹을까.. 저도 매일 이 고민에 빠져 헤어나오질 못하고 있습니다. There is a problem that all office workers worry about every day, right?!! What should I eat for lunch today? I can't get out of this worry every day.
오늘은 날씨도 쌀쌀해서 뜨끈한 국물이 생각나길래, 어딜 갈까 고민하던 차에 동료의 추천으로 순대국밥집을 다녀왔습니다. 깔끔한 맛과 꾸룸한 특유의 냄새가 싫으신 분들에게는 적극 추천드립니다. The weather was chilly today, so I thought of a hot soup, so I went to a soondae gukbap restaurant at the recommendation of my colleague. If you want to like the clean taste and don't want unique smell, I highly recommend it.

입구는 동네 어디에서나 볼 수 있는 모습입니다. 점심시간이 좀 지나고나서 방문했기 때문에 대기하는 사람들이 없었지만, 점심시간에는 대기표에 이름을 쓰고 20분은 기다려야 들어갈 수 있는.. 주변에서 몇 안되는 곳입니다. The entrance is something you can see everywhere in the neighborhood. I visited a little after lunch time, so there were no people waiting. But at the lunch time, you had to write your name on the waiting list and wait 20 minutes to get in. It's one of the few places around.
밖에 대기줄이 길게 없다는 것 뿐이지, 이미 안에 테이블은 만석입니다. 입구 옆에 붙은 대기작성부에도 많은 이름이 쓰였다가 지워져 있어요. It's just that there's no long queue outside, but the table inside is already full. There are many names written and erased in the waiting book next to the entrance.
메뉴는 오로지 순대입니다. The menu is only sundae.
기다리는 동안 메뉴를 미리 정하고 주문을 넣습니다. 자리에 앉자마자 음식이 나오거든요. 보통의 성인남성이라면 일반 순대국으로 주문하셔도 충분할 양입니다. While waiting, pre-select the menu and place an order. The food comes out as soon as you sit down. It's enough for a normal adult male to order regular sundae soup.
매장에서 직접 순대와 사골육수를 만든다고 합니다. In the store, they makes sundae and beef bone broth.
그래서 그런걸까요? 순대에서나 국물에서나 꿉꿉한 향이 강하지 않고 신선한 느낌마저 듭니다. 누군가는 깊이가 없는 맛이 아니냐고 말할 수도 있을 것 같아요. Whether in sundae or soup, the damp scent is not strong and it feels fresh. I think someone might say that it's a taste that's not deep.
내부 모습은 특별할게 없습니다. 그냥 테이블이 다닥다닥 붙어있고, 안쪽에는 조리공간이 있습니다. There's nothing special about the inside. There's just a table attached to it, and there's a cooking space inside.
기본 반찬입니다. 양파와 된장, 그리고 꼬드락지가 나옵니다. It's a basic side dish. Onions, doenjang, and kodrakji are served.
그리고 빈접시가 하나 나와요. 여기에는 옆에 있는 통에서 먹을만큼 깍두기를 담으시면 됩니다. And there's an empty plate. Put as much kkakdugi as you can eat in the container next to it.
옆에 있는건 부추에요. 순대국밥 나오면 취향껏 넣어 드시면 되구요. The one next to it is chives. You can put it in as much as you like when it comes out.
순대국밥이 나오자마자 순정 그대로의 모습입니다. 기본 간은 되어 있지만, 취향껏 양념을 추가하시면 됩니다. As soon as the soondae gukbap comes out, it is pure conditions. It's basically seasoned, but you can add the seasoning to your taste.
저는 다데기와 새우젓으로 간을 한 다음 부추를 얹어서 순대국밥 먹을 준비를 마칩니다. I season with red-pepper sauce and salted shrimp, put chives on top, and finish getting ready to eat sundae gukbap.
앞에서 말씀드린 것처럼 깔끔한 맛입니다. 그렇다고 깊이가 없지는 않고 부담없이 맛있게 먹을 수 있습니다. 한그릇을 다 먹고 나면 배가 부를 정도로 순대도 양이 충분하구요. As I said before, it tastes clean. But it's not that there's no depth, and you can enjoy it without any burden. There's enough sundae to make you full after you finish a bowl.
요즘같이 쌀쌀한 날, 따뜻한 국밥 한그릇 생각나신다면.. 근데 마침 삼성역 근처에 있다면 이 곳에 방문하시는걸 추천드려요. 제 점수는요.. 4점 (/ 5점만점) 입니다. If you think of a bowl of warm rice soup on a cold day like this... But if you happen to be near Samsung Station, I recommend you to visit this place. My score is... It's 4 points (/ out of 5).
