강원도 춘천하면 닭갈비가 유명한건 모두가 아시죠? You all know that dakgalbi is famous in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do, right?
근데 며칠 있다보니 닭갈비만 먹어서 더 먹다간 닭이 될 것 같아서 다른 메뉴를 찾아봤습니다. But after a few days, I only ate dakgalbi, so I thought I would become a chicken if I ate more, so I looked for another menu.
해신탕 능이마을 Haesintang Neungi Village
이 곳은 국물이 정말 좋은 식당이에요. This restaurant has a really good soup.
이미 저녁시간 전인데 주차장에 차들이 꽉 차 있고, 심지어 옆 길가에도 차들이 서있어요. It's already dinner time, and the parking lot is full, and there's even traffic on the side street.
밑반찬이나 테이블 세팅은 단촐해요. Side dishes and table setting are simple.
들어와서 보면 여행이나 잠깐 방문한 사람들이 아니라, 여기에 사시는 분들이 즐겨찾는 현지맛집 같은 느낌이 들었어요. When I came in, it felt like a local restaurant that people who live here like to enjoy, not just traveling or visiting for a while.
본메뉴인 해신탕입니다. This is the main menu, Haesintang.
전복,조개,문어 등 해산물이랑 닭고기와 갈비가 같이 들어 있습니다. 역시 춘천..닭갈비 명소라 해신탕에도 ㅋㅋ There are seafood such as abalone, clams, and octopus, and chicken and ribs together. As expected, Chuncheon...It's a famous place for dakgalbi, so it's also in Haesintang LOL
해신탕 국물을 먹으면 칼국수 넣을 수 밖에 없어요. 능이버섯 향이 향긋하게 잡아주고, 국물은 술 한잔 생각나는 무게감이 약간 있습니다. If you eat the soup of Haesintang, you can't help but add kalguksu. The scent of Neungi mushrooms gives you a pleasant scent, and the soup has a weight that reminds you of a glass of alcohol.
개인적으로 여기 진짜는 죽입니다. 솔직히 칼국수는 건너띄고 바로 죽을 드시는거 추천합니다. Personally, the real thing here is porridge. To be honest, I recommend you to skip the kalguksu and eat the porridge right away.
춘천에서 닭갈비는 필수죠. Dakgalbi is a must in Chuncheon.
근데 계속 닭갈비에 지친 입맛을 달래줄 해신탕을 한번 드시고 또 닭갈비 가시는건 어떨까요?!! But why don't you eat Haesintang that will soothe your tired taste and go to Dakgalbi again?!
